DENVER — I can’t wait for Nov. 1. That’s when Rainn Wilson’s new book, SoulPancake, comes out. You probably know Wilson from his role as Dwight on The Office. Yesterday he talked to a room full of religion reporters via skype and showed us that he’s much more than “big, dorky white guy” who sells paper in Scranton. He’s an active member of California’s Baha’i community and an advocate for interfaith dialogue.
Though he made it clear that he’s not a Baha’i spokesperson, he said his faith is part of who he is.
“My goal is to be the same person all the time. Faith is something that needs to be lived,” he said. “(My faith) is woven together, it’s part of who I am.”
